If I place an order today when will I receive it?

We aim to dispatch orders the same or next working day (subject to stock and availability). However, some of the products we sell may take longer to send, particularly if they are sent direct from the manufacturer, require customising or if courier services are disrupted in some way (i.e. due to adverse weather conditions).

The dispatch time for each product is listed on it's main page. For more information on delivery please see our Delivery page. If you need an order urgently please call us to ensure that the item is in stock and available to send straight out. 

What if I make a mistake on my order?

If you have made a mistake with your order - selected the wrong address or the wrong quantities please email mail@baractivity.com as soon as possible and we will make the necessary changes and email you to confirm.

I need a VAT invoice for the goods I have received

If you need a copy of a VAT invoice please email mail@baractivity.com with either your reference number or your surname and post code and approximate date of order and we will forward you the invoice via email.

Can I collect my order from you?

We do not have a showroom or shop for customers to visit and collect. All our items are sent out by courier. If you need an item urgently please call us and we may be able to arrange for you to collect it.

Do you produce a printed brochure?

We do have a brochure which we send to our customers on a regular basis. However, because prices change, items become discontinued and new products are being regularly added to our catalogue we have found the best medium for showing our products is our web site. We do also regularly send special offer flyers to our customers.

Can I send an order through the post with a cheque?

We no longer accept cheques as payment for goods. You can pay by credit or debit card or use Paypal. 

Can I open an account?

Unfortunately we are unable to set up accounts for individual customers or outlets. We do offer accounts to larger businesses who wish to order items for multiple outlets on a regular basis.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, you should receive an email when an item has been dispatched and this will have a reference number that you can use to track the progress of your parcel/s.

Do you sends goods to addresses outside of the UK?

We do not ship to non UK addresses.

Is there a minimum order value?

We do not have a minimum order value but there is a minimum postage cost of £6.50 applies for orders below £75.
